Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. For safety and class flow, late arrivals will not be admitted, your class will be forfeited, and a late-cancel fee may apply. Warm-up matters — this is firmly enforced.

Question 2

Cancellations

All cancellations are handled through your booking account. Text or DM cancellations aren't accepted. Cancel within 12 hours and you lose the pass. Cancel within 2 hours, or no-show, and you lose the pass plus a $20 fee. Three consecutive late-cancels or no-shows will move you to the waitlist for 7 days.

Booking & payment

A valid card must remain on file at all times. Outstanding balances will pause booking access until resolved.

All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment and may be paused once every 6 months.

Studio etiquette

No shoes on equipment. Grip socks or bare feet only. Phones away during class. Respect the instructor's flow and keep side conversations to a minimum.

Children are welcome at Ascend. We keep a designated playroom for them right here in the studio.

Zero tolerance

Ascend is a safe, inclusive space. Bullying, harassment, or any behavior that makes others feel unwelcome results in immediate termination of passes or membership — no refund.

Refunds

All sales are final. Passes, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Do you offer free trials?

No free trials — but our 2 weeks unlimited for $59 is the easiest, lowest-pressure way to find out if we're your people. (Spoiler: we are.)

What's in a membership?

Exclusive pricing, guest passes, sauna access, retail discounts, early booking, and unused passes roll into the next month.

Are all classes the same?

Not even close. Each instructor designs her own class. Read the descriptions before booking — pick what fits your day.

What about the music?

Each instructor curates her own playlist. Expect bangers. Some tracks are explicit; if you're sensitive, reach out before class. Playlist changes mid-class aren't accommodated.

Can teens join?

Yes — ages 13+ with their own pass or membership. For safety, small children are never allowed on or near the reformers.
