More than 12 hours out, your credit comes right back. Between 4–12 hours: credit is used, no fee. Inside 4 hours or a no-show: $20 to the card on file.
Arrival
Arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Late arrivals aren't admitted — warming up matters.
